I am writing a new book called Matthew and here is what the book is about. Please tell me what you guys think.

            There is this boy who name is Matthew and he was born with a belly button but has a really big brain that is better than any other human. He was born underwater in a ship made by this mad scientist. Matthew does not have a mother or a normal father. Matthew's father is Noah Sparks and his best friend's name is Nick Bell who looks after Matthew and his father. They later live in a big house so that Matthew can learn new things. Matthew was born with nine fingers. He looks normal but is not normal. He has the look of a human but is not fully human and people do not know why. Later he meets this family and they adopt him. After living with his father, Matthew is being watched by mad scientist who used to work with his father. They later try to take him away from his father to test him to see what he is or who he really is.
